Matetic Corralillo Chardonnay 2015 Bottle:12 The bouquet here is pureMatetic Corrailillo 2015 is a vibrant, medium weight and dry Chardonnay from the San Antonio Valley in Chile. The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards located in the Rosario Valley, blessed with a marine type climate and granitic soils with a high proportion of quartz and volcanic soils (Andisols). A portion of the Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel tank to retain freshness and mineral character. The balance of the wine juice was
